Planet fitness Poor customer care

I've been having a problem with planet fitness for months. At first they fail to cancel my contract even after placing my notice and being told I would be allowed to if I place the notice. They then make me serve another 4 months notice of which they still deduct money from me regularly. After canceling the contract I was told I would be given a refund for the months of 2024. I contacted them on the 3rd of April, it is now the 23rd of April and I still haven't received my refund. Planet fitness is so unreliable.
