If you're looking for one pathetic business with horrible client focus, look no further, Planet Fitness Pietermaritzburg (Scottsville) is the place. The have the best staff but worst management ever. As gym patrons, we have complained over and over about the broken machines (Treadmills and Spinning bikes) yet nothing is done. The spinning class is supposed to have 16 functional bikes yet it has only 7. The spinning class is the most in-demand class yet it is not given the attention it deserves. To make things worse, half the treadmills do not work and that means people who want to do cardio are doomed. The say thing is that the Midlands mall branch is well capacitated with spinning bikes that are not in demand. This makes one asks himself if the Scottsville gym is neglected solely because most members are African?
