Planet Fitness penalise member for their admin mistakes

When my daughter turned 18, she was called by Planet Fitness staff, telling her that she now need her own membership. They took down her info and insisted that she provide her banking details. She said her father was going to pay. The consultant still insisted to have her bank details and said he would change it when I come in. The next day I came and told him he must change the banking detail to my name - they already have my banking details. My daughter' account is only for pocket money. He undertook to change it. Months later, my daughter called to say Planet Fitness is refusing her entrance to the gym. I left everything and rushed to the gym. I was then told by the reception manager - Christiaan Venter - that the debit orders are not paid. I soon discovered that the consultant never changed the banking details. I explained what happened, and immediately paid the shortfall. I also made sure that they correct the debit order details. During this process Christiaan Venter treated me like a ********. Eventually it was confirmed that all was in order. A couple of weeks later, while on a business trip in KZN, my daughter called again, to say that she was refused entrance again. I talked to Christian Venter again. He said they loaded the corrected debit order details too late. I offered to come make the missing payment when back in Pretoria. However, he refused to give my daughter access. I had to leave my meeting and make an EFT payment immediately. I then discovered that I was charged a debit order non-payment penalty four times! Although this is not a lot of money, it is a matter of principle. I insisted that the penalties be paid back to me, as it was Planet Fitness mistake. Christiaan Venter said he could not do it. I asked him to provide me with the Planet Fitness CEO contact details, again he refused.
