PLANET FITNESS. PATHETIC SERVICE, ***** AND ********.

Absolutely pathetic service! I've signed up with them last year and actually haven't used this membership whatsoever due to the situation with covid yet I have however been paying every month. Recently noticed that they have been billing me for stuff which I've never added on and when I queried it they blatantly said there's nothing they can do. The minute I ask to cancel this membership is the minute they hand me over, for what exactly?? Yet I was willing to pay a cancelation fee? What actual bs is this? Pathetic is not even correct word to use. Absolutely disgusted with this, their team and their way of making money of people.
