They keep on trying to take money from my acount and i already canceled my membership 2 months ago

I phoned the costumer service to cancel my membership because they said i must do it through them and then they said its canceled and that was in March 2026

02 Jun 2026, 22:08My contract of 2 years ended in March 2026 so then i phoned costumer service to stop my membership and now you guys still take money from my acount and im a student thats why i did not extend my membership so i would like it if you can repay me for these 3 months .

They took R2 003,7 on the first of July from my acount
I would like them to pls stop taking money from my account and I will take them to the police for harassment.
I would like a full refund for the this amount(R2003.7) and they must, please stop the debit order because im not a member anymore

They took R2 003,7 on the first of July from my acount
