Planet Fitness - Pathetic service

I have reached out to the call centre on numerous occasions and to various complaints sites. Planet fitness gave me a cancellation fee of which I have settled and sent through the proof of payment. yet nobody could give me a confirmation email of this cancellation and I am still being debited for a contract that I was assured was cancelled and will not be debited.
