planet fitness pathetic service

I had joined planet fitness in december 2014 and signed a 299pm contract and paid 400 joining fee. Was billed for jan n feb on the 1st of feb 898. I shud hav been billed 698. As I added a black tag for 100 rands more from feb. When I complained to gavin he said he would get me refunded my excess amount debited which has not been resolved thus far. He then had my contract cancelled which I did not go to the gym for march and april as it was an embarrassment when they say your subscription has been cancelled. I requested that it remains cancelled as I was really unhappy with their pathetic service. Then I find my bank account being debited 299 on the 28th of may. So I continued using the gym and gavin asks for a bank statement to rectify the extra debit in feb which I said is an inconvenience for me as it was an error on their side. Now I have been debited 299 on the 28 of june and another 399 on the 1st of july. I called the customer care and they said that if I want to cancel it will be 2303 rands when the errors are on their side.
