Planet Fitness - pathetic management and admin

Their Business Principles are shocking; they reward loyalty, by increasing your subs!

New contracts cost R258/mnth for 2yrs, on the package I am unfortunately still using. After my first contract, I paid on a monthly basis and was paying R328/mnth at the end of my 3rd year.

I cancelled my membership, but was offered a so-called retention package at R99/mnt for 3mnths and the R258/mnth for the remainder of 2 years. HOWEVER, my first month's deduction was R155.99! After MANY e-mails, they agreed to their "system error" and credited my account with the balance. Second month, R155.99 AGAIN!!!

I've sent three e-mails, with NO reaction.

Stay away from this pathetic organisation; they deserve to go down the drain!
