Planet fitness Pathetic

Planet fitness customer service from headquarters to Brakpan branch is pathetic and non existent. Unable to resolve my debit order issue for 4 months now. Then they over charged me and block my account. There should be a credit in my account, however it now was the second morning where I was shown away from the Gym. Their error and poor service but I am incriminated and humiliated???? Over 10 e-mails and about 4 different ticket numbers and still no resolution. No thank you. Repay me the over charges and stop my membership with you. I’ll go to Virgin active.
