Planet Fitness Pathetic

Firstly, this company should be given negative star rating! I have cancelled my contract within the free time at this gym years ago, never used their facility. And I get some lawyers letter for R7126.65. I have moved up to JHB in 2019, and now I get these letters for this high amount. I have requested a statement and have not received one. I cancelled my contract over the phone with one of the staff members years ago and now I am told they only actioned it recently! An efficient and pathetic company that robs people.
