Planet Fitness - Pathetic!!

Planet Fitness is not even worth the one star rating - but unfortunately I have to rate them. Most *********** company ever. My daughter cancelled her contract in December 2023 and paid the cancellation fees as per their final statement. However they still have the cheek to deduct premiums in Jan 2024 and now again. We have mailed them all the POPs, gone into the gym itself and spoken to various consultants -each with a different story. And then they want to blacklist a person! I think the only route to go now is to the Ombudsman... maybe they will then catch a wakeup.
