Planet fitness Parklands in trapment in contract

The Black tag?

I was told 4 people can come in on my black tag.

Never was I informed, for my son whom was with me, when approached to sign up @ BaysideMall, I would have to purchase him a separate tag of his own off R150.00.

As they are under 18years of age. Which means my daughter off 9 will also need her own tag.

This was told to me, by the Manager months later. In the front portal infront of other clients. I was also told if I cannot afford it, my children cannot attend the gym.

Meeting was held promises was made, which in turn was not delivered on up until this minute and day. I was welcomed in an email with a contract, which did not even have my original signature on.

Now I am informed the original sales person signing me up moved to a different branch (George?)

I would like to find out if anyone else had experienced anything like this.
