Planet Fitness Parklands Disaster

Join the gym at R199 per month.....what b/**** !! They just deduct random amounts varying from month to month. Had a double deduction in December which I queried and was told this was for the "Upgrade of Gym" !!! Planet fitness Parklands has never had an upgrade in the 2 years I was there during my contract. Exercise mats looked like they were chewed by rats, never saw anyone cleaning them after classes, dumb bells were peeling so bad that metal was exposed. Aircon never worked, roaches visible. Only towards the end of my contract did they do a few changes, but by then I had no intentions of going back. Still awaiting a copy of my contract and now they want to sue me for not paying final month that once again had add on amounts. Total ******* and highly disgusted. Please stay away from Planet Fitness !! I have joined a new gym since then and cannot believe the difference at half the price, no random extra costs and so clean and professional.
