Planet Fitness Parklands admin woes

Planet Fitness Parklands has not provided vitality my gym visits. I called them several times to enquire and nobody knows what seems to be the issue. I visited the gym using the ‘pay per gym’ by vitality since my membership with planet fitness has been inactive since September. I’m not sure why a country wide establishment like this can’t get something so simple correct.
