Planet Fitness overcharging

We joined Planet Fitness in February with Vitality discount but we have been debited full amounts every month. We have queried with the Sandton Gate sales team who signed us up but nothing was done. Today they debited R3000 in our account.This is unacceptable and they won't allow us to cancel and also they are not responding.This is bad service and unfair
