PLANET FITNESS OR PLANET *****NESS

There is a huge problem with communication with the client and planet fitness. They handed over my account without any notification it stated even on their system that no one even tried to contact us. Further more a debit order goes through in the 2 months owing and when i go pay the rest physically, they say the money they took from my account was for the lawyers...and now they said i still owe R720 on top of the 298 they already debited from my account...what kind of witchcraft is this...in a matter of 2 months? I'm disgusted.
