Planet Fitness operates against the CPA - ********* practices

I have never come across a more ******* entity in my life. They do not comply with the Consumer Protection Act (which in fact is in breach of their own contracts where they state they do). You pay a cancellation penalty to cancel a contract, you get a settlement figure for 1 contract and for a contract due to expire, you pay said settlement amounts given and then they still come and claim the debit orders. Now you must fight to get a refund on an overcharge and they don't acknowledge (but you have been emailing back and forth for 2 months) that you even terminated the contract. They also have the audacity to hand you over to a collection agent when you settled the account, to the amount advised, less than a month ago??? Seriously, *******, ********* and against the CPA
