Planet Fitness only wants money, but no client service !!! !!!

Planet Fitness denied me access to the gym because I forgot that my premium went up from R199 to R299. I know it was my responsibility to remember, BUT you could've remind me when I went to pay!

I only get paid on the first, so they have charged me fines every month so far, for not paying on the first. And all they say is "you just have to pay the fines", or you don't get access to the gym!!!

I told planet fitness from the start that I only get paid on the first! This is nonsense!

And the R199 that was paid, doesn't count for something... no no... They deny access.

I have been trying to call their Head Office for like a million times now. No answer.

So basically Planet became like most big companies, only care about the money coming in but no client support!!!

Plant Fitness does not deserve my monthly fees if they cannot support me as a client!!!

And you can put your fines up your assess !!!

Most unprofessional system ever!
