Planet Fitness once again takes my money without my consent!!!!

I am really really disappointed in Planet Fitness.

After speaking to them telephonically, they still tried to debit my account with 3 premiums.

If this doesn't stop right now, I will consult my lawyers.

I am tired of their lack of Customer Services. They are really quick to ***** your money, but NEVER communicate any news.

Not everybody have access to the internet 24/7. So surely they should have better Communication methods. I NEVER EVER received any communication except to tell me I am in arrears. If I had a set time to sort this out, I would have budget for it.

The Covid messed up a lot of people and we actually LOST income in the process. Them people like Planet Fitness comes and *****s the little that you have without your consent.

You don't cover the Bank Charges for insufficient funds. I do.

Stop *****ing my money!!!!
