Planet Fitness omitting fees

Please be aware that this company does not inform you of all the costs pertaining to their services to be supp**** when joining them. I started a contract with Planet Fitness in April 2019 and was told that there is only half the normal fee payable for the first two months, which was correct. I also paid a Tag Fee. Now at month three they have deducted the normal fee plus an annual fee (basically double the normal fee), which I was not made aware of, but it is included in there terms and conditions.

Please do not just listen to what the consultant says and do not get bul**** into signing the contract immediately. Take it home and go and read it first as they do not inform you of all the fees and you might step into one like I did.

After this contract is done, I will never renew my contract with them again. I was misled and experienced poor customer service from their side (putting it politely).
