Planet Fitness Olympus - ****** Shoes in the Gym and No Assistance from Management
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Planet Fitness Olympus after my Puma x Hyrox white sneakers (valued at R3,299) were ****** inside the gym on Monday night.
I reported the theft, and I was assured that they would investigate. However, several days have passed with no updates, no feedback, and now my follow-up messages are being ignored. This level of disregard is unacceptable, especially for an incident that occurred within the club premises.
What makes this even more distressing is that I have a Hyrox event in 3 days, and these were specialised shoes purchased just over a month ago. The lack of urgency and care from the gym has left me without the equipment I need and without any support.
I am requesting that Planet Fitness:
Provide a proper investigation and feedback, and indicate what resolution they can offer, given the financial loss and the poor handling of my case.
I would like to request for feedback regarding your response on the 28th November 2025. On your response, you claimed that someone will contact me soon to provide further assistance and updates on the investigation, but this hasn't occurred till date. Honestly, is there any investigation taking place? If so, what is the update?
