Planet Fitness – Olympus

I want to praise Johan de Villiers and the Olympus Planet Fitness team for their exceptional help and patience. Since I joined in Feb 2024, Johan has been incredibly supportive, providing excellent customer service. The Olympus location is fantastic, with great facilities. However, my experience with the head office has been disappointing. Despite multiple requests from Johan & me, my monthly debit order has never been deducted correctly. This has forced me to reverse payments & EFT the correct amount, resulting in my account being blocked. The head office needs to match the high service standards of Johan and the Olympus team. Resolving these billing issues is essential for a seamless member experience. Thank you, Johan & the Olympus Planet Fitness team for your outstanding service. I hope the head office can address these concerns soon.
