Planet fitness - Now I know how you make your money

<p>Planet fitness loves giving you the run around!</p> <p>26 Months ago I joined Planet Fitness plattekloof with a 24 month special, (24 MONTH) so after the special the contract should be cancelled not correct? And i was promoised a "oh so special - limited edition back pack - which i still have not recieved) </p> <p>If not, atleast I should be given a courtesy call to advise that my contract is close to expiring and giving me the option of renewing the contract!</p> <p>Now after 26 Months - I recieve an SMS from my bank: Planet Fitness debit R649, I was so confused as I paid almost R5 000 once of for the 24 month contract what I signed for, </p> <p>I called them the first time on the 2nd of August to query the debit and their account manager is not available, for the next few days I started to realise this lady is NEVER available. </p> <p>Ok second resort - Contact them via email, its been more than a week - No response.</p> <p>Ok lets call them again and again and again - Their recption is useless!! </p> <p>With many promises that someone would could me back (Hopefully in my lifetime) I still havent receieved a call from any one!!!!!!!</p> <p>So this morning i call their customer service.. </p> <p>They tell me they have a clause in the contract you sign (24 Month special / contract or not) you get a auto renewal!!!!!!</p> <p>I havent been to the gym for 1 year.. Why would i pay R649 for something i dont use?? </p> <p>And ofcourse nothing was mentioned when signing about an auto renewal!!!</p> <p>********* is not even the word, you are a disgrace!!</p> <p>I am expecting you to Credit my account with R649 and I am sure I am not the only person that has to deal with this from you.. </p> <p> </p>
