Planet Fitness not fit to handle account queries

We have cancelled a Planet Fitness contract with the immediate settlement amount THEY Provided, but have since been debited again and account showing in arrears. Even though multiple calls have been logged with the call center the Legal or Debtors team was requested to contact me, no avail and basically no assistance....no reply on emails, nothing, just you and your own problem keeping you stressed, not fit!
