Planet Fitness not fit to do business

Joined in January (2nd of January 2022) and was assurred by the consultant that I would be getting the 2021 prices of R399pm as the price increase would be effective as from the 3rd of January. I was supposed to pay R299 for the first three months and then R399 per month thereafter. Did not pay much attention to this until I discovered that not only did they skip out on my third month of paying R299, but I was paying R499 per month as well since March 2022! Seems like someone at PF failed matric maths since you proclaim loudly on social media that you pay a reduced amount for the first three months, and thereafter, you pay the full amount. Still, the amount that is on the contract I was supp****, exceeds the amount your consulted quoted me when I joined. I refuse to pay R499 per month for a club with a LOT of broken equipment, and no swimming pool. I can go to Virgin Active for less! I demand that your error be rectified or I will reverse the debit order and cancel the contract.
