Planet fitness NOT doing their job

So still no response from Planet fitness regarding the cancellation as per the dr's request...I was told that I need to TELL the dr to email them...so now I need to do their job for them????? How many times do I need to send a email with the dr's memorandum to them???? On the day that I signed up (with my daughter as witness) with Planet fitness I was told due to covid I can cancel at any time with NO cancellation fee/penalty so I was **** to then???? And the best part of it all is that it is not even my request but the Dr's request due to my medical condition. Please Planet fitness do your job as I am not going to do it for you!!!!!
