Planet fitness not cancelling contract and money greedy

Sent a cancellation email of my contract on 4th January (already a month to month contract) and having problems trying to cancel my contract. Planet fitness are not being upfront on their costs and continuing to send debit orders even after I have cancelled, this is even after I have spoken to 3 of the customer service agents saying its cancelled and no debit order will go off!!!
