Planet Fitness Northmead Square - Terrible Maintenance!

Planet Fitness The state of your Northmead Square facility is disgraceful.

Yesterday was when enough was enough. 9 pieces of equipment and machines out of order, and multiple (at least more than 7) other machinery with missing / defective parts. Yeah the notification on the equipment shows it'll only be for 24 hours. But the fact of the matter is this is a common occurrence at your facility. It's just that this was the only time I decided to take pictures.

I've asked the previous managers numerous times to do something about the faulty & broken equipment. Little to nothing gets done. Yesterday there was not even a manager available to talk to.

Time and again, week in and week out, equipment and machinery is out of order, missing parts, not working properly, and or broken.

There was a time were one of your cardio machines were out of order for over 2 months... could have been longer, I actually just stop keeping track of it.

The unsupervised teenagers are taking over the club in the afternoons between 2 and 5pm. They group around machines playing, joking around, taking selfies, leaving weights laying around etc. Everything except proper training. All this is extremely inconsiderate to serious gym members, who by the way, most of us have limited time, and can't sit on a machine for 20min playing on our phones.

The main and only objective of this club is signing up new members. The place is already so over crowded, with limited equipment available due the fact that there is ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, something broken or out of order, AGAIN ALWAYS!!!!! ONE MORE TIME, ALWAYS!!!!!

One of your sales reps once told me about a promo to "bring a buddy". I looked at him and said - "Why would I do that, do you want me to start losing friends?" He first thought I was joking... I quickly helped him, I WASN'T.

You neglect the club's standard and losing longtime members in the process. Your reputation is worsening day by day.
