Planet fitness northmead poor service

Moved to planet fitness northmead early this year, since February the steam room has been non operational, they blamed it on the water at first, municipality fixed the water then they keep putting up notices about when it will be back from maintenance but it never returns (how do you maintain something that has not been working. Terrible experience, i regret moving my membership. The club is without water most of the time, their steam room is non existance, yet the subscription is collected without shame.
