Planet Fitness - No communication but want their money

<p>So first of all, my account ran into arrears which I do acknowledge.</p> <p>They sent their pack of hounds (RESAYA) after me which I did in fact talk to and I did not avoid any calls from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I arranged a payment where I assumed that would be taken off my account, the first installment did but nothing afterwards nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>So eventually I called RESAYA and made a payment arrangement and all was successful.</p> <p>But they were kind enough to tell me that Planet Fitness has renewed another 2 years on my account which I was not made aware of. The guy from Resaya sent them an email on my behalf asking for my gym contract so I can see where it states that they can renew my contract without my consent as I only remeber signing for the black tag so i can have access for a friend to come with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So not only do I have to pay them R4000 , now I have to pay for another 2 years when I sent an e-mail to their customer servce (Justin) asking him to cancel any installments going forward - as in I do not want to renew anything as I cannot afford it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway the point of the matter is, I would just like to pay off my account of R4000 and nothing further.</p> <p>I am just very dissapointed in the lack of service from their side.</p> <p>Planet fitness your communication truly sucks.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
