I sent PF a total of 5 emails following up on progress regarding my account being debited more than the original agreed amount. To date I have not received a single phone call after being told by your agent, Queen Khumalo, that she would get someone in contact with me. I have also sent Queen numerous emails following up on her empty promise. You are quick to sign up a member and take their money but you have ZERO after sales etiquette. I will keep reversing my debit order until this is resolved. You are welcome to send your lawyers and I will explain how you manipulate customers in signing documentation, providing false information and change contracts as you please.
