Planet Fitness - Negative Review

They kept making mistakes with the partnered companies and overcharged me every month just promising credit notes.

I cancelled in the beginning of February because of this and also general maintenance at the Witbank branch. Some of the equipment has been broken for months and even shower doors also torn off..

I then still paid a month extra since there is apparently a 30-day notice even though I was past my contract and on a month-to-month basis. This payment being end of February (24 days after cancelling)

They now subtracted R 1 140 from my bank account end of March for membership fees. Definitely over-charged since I am - Single Member registered Locally.. and according to me should not have been charged for March since I cancelled like on the 4rth of February and still paid end of February
