Planet Fitness must collect money that I owe them from Hybrid Collections then I will settle the rest with the branch at Randfontein

I made payments with Hybrid collections on behalf of Planet Fitness, I have been paying them but since October my payments have not gone through to Planet Fitness. Now Planet Fitness sent me another email with different debt collectors details yet they have not traced my money from Hybrid. My last reference number was PF *** where I sent proof of payments but query is still open since 06 December 2021 & the balance went up.
