PLANET FITNESS MUST CLOSE DOWN

I joined Planet fitness in 2012, and since the beginning, I experienced numerous problems. I contacted the gym - local and head office about my problems, but they were never dealt with. Management from local and head office were simply NOT interested in dealing with my complaints. My problems with Planet fitness includes :<br> <br> 1.) filthy gym - only cleaned (and not cleaned properly ) once a week. This is a public health facility, so hygiene and H&S is not negotiable.<br> <br> 2.) broken equipment<br> <br> 3.) no hot water for months..!!!!<br> <br> 4.) dirty equipment - take a paper towel and wipe the equipment at any time. it is absolutely dirty.<br> <br> 5.) bad service from reception - attitude problems.<br> <br> 6.) Dirty toilets<br> <br> 7.) old equipment - Planet Fitness advertises \new equipment\". But where is this...?<br> <br> 8.) staff did not adequately advise / inform members about breakdowns...<br> <br> 9.) ****roaches in change rooms , and lockers...!!!<br> <br> 10.) member who train in incorrect wear - some members did not wear any shoes or socks. -<br> <br> I cancelled my membership last year because it expired and because of my problems with Planet Fitness. BUT Planet fitness is still debiting my account...!!! "
