Planet fitness Mr Leon Labuschagne Witbank impossible to cancel membership and his employee Busani Matsheza

It is nice to exercise and be healthy and lift up weight. It is nice to go to a gym. Very nice place to socialize. But there is a big problem. You will be a small person in huge corporation. Once you give planet fitness your banking details they will deduct every single month until end of your life. Cancellation is not possible. Even attorneys can't help you. You can call your bank and put stop order but only for one month. Next month they will be deducting money again. If you would like to talk to planet fitness manager Mr Leon Labuschagne general manager of Witbank Planet Fitness that is simply not possible. He is drunk of power. General manager for many many years. All stuff is scared of him. They will tell you that he is busy on a meeting and they can't interrupt him. It doesn't matter what time you call in the morning or afternoon he will be always busy on the meeting. Once you give them your banking details you will end up working for them and paying their salaries untill very end of your life. Many times they will reassure you that your membership is cancelled and no deduction will come again from your account but R899 will be deducted again and again and again. You can try calling head office. They will be very polite and respectful and professional and convince you that your membership is cancelled and give you a reference number but next month R899 will be deducted from your banking current account. If you make a stop order with a bank they will blacklist you. There is no way out. I am spending my money now on attorneys trying to cancell my membership and recover my money. Employees are so scared of their managers they cover for them they are not allowed to escalate issue. HR department is disfunctional. If is unbelievable that cancellation of the membership is simply not possible.
