Planet Fitness, most useless customer service.

After multiple requests to correct my wifes vitality points, Plant fitness has still not resolved the issue and it has been 6 months now and she still doesn't get point.

This "company" has no idea about customer service and by all the post below i can see cancellation will be just as useless as trying to resolve vitality point.
