Planet Fitness Montana Worst Gym
I logged a complaint on the 12 January 2025 and received a reply 15 January 2025 that the matter will be addressed and feedback provided. Today 1 month later still nothing. Empty promises of 3 spinning classes per week but still only 1 class. And aircons still not working 6 months later now this is ridiculous. Fan was given after which we had to ask daily for a multiplug to get it to work and then the fan was removed to take to Olympus branch because they need it more as they dont have electricity so wonder how they will use the fan without electricity...
Still no manager in this facility and everything is falling to pieces. Don't understand how you can run a business without proper management in place.
We are paying our monthly membership fees for no service and aircon this needs to be addressed and to be fair you should refund our fees because we have been spinning for the last 6 months without an instructor
