Planet Fitness Montana Satisfaction on service delivery

As a paying member for a VERY LONG time now already I have NEVER seen such DISREGARD towards paying and loyal members in my life.

Spinning classes are without aircon for MONTHS on end now already and one after thee other EMPTY promises have lead too absolutely NOTHING being done about it!.. Even a small thing such as hair dryers are NOT WORKING despite NUMEROUS complaints now already!!!!

From floor staff right up to management and even regional level NO ONE has delivered on there promises for months on end now.

A fan was GIVEN IN THE AIRCONS PLACE(🤣) for a VERY SHORT while after which EVEN this was removed and then stated by the management that it was MUCH MORE needed at their other branch and that there WAS NOT money's for even a new fan and that they had to give it to them!!!!!!

This is absolutely absurd and I sincerely hope for the service delivery in this branch to change DRASTICALLY as there are many of us using these services and do not wish to see it go backwards as currently stated...

Management has changed MORE than my workouts in the time that I've been here, hence their is NO WAY to even build relationships with management in order to effectively adress these concerns.

Staff tell you to pray about the situations and that's where it stays????

Please do not answer by making yet ANOTHER EMPTY promise that this will be sorted WITHOUT GIVING a SET OUT DATE as to when and how this matter that has been raised (MORE Times) than deemed necessary WILL BE SOLVED!..

This matter NEEDS YOU'RE URGENT ACTION and NOT PROMISES.!!
