Planet Fitness (Money *******)

Dear Planet Fitness, also known as ******* of my hard earned money.

Easy to sign up, but impossible to cancel After calling in to cancel my gym membership, I could not get through. Took time off and made the effort to go into Planet Fitness Brackenfell where I was assisted by a staff member who personally put me through to the cancelation department (he wrote a statement confirming this) on the 5th of April 2023. I proceeded to cancel my membership, this was between 11:58-12:10. Conveniently the call was not recorded, this on the phone inside the gym, there's video proof of me coming in and the staff member putting me through to customer service and doing the cancelation. The customer service agent then confirmed that my membership has been canceled. However, to this day I'm still being debited on my account and the pure arrogance of the customer service agents when I call to ask what's going on is repulsive, as I'm basically been made out as a ****. I've been to the gym numerous times to air my displeasure and been assisted by the staff and manager to finally put a end to this theft of my money, and constantly not receiving any joy from your customer service agents. There is this stigma attached to vodacom when it comes to cancelations, but you Planet Fitness takes the cherry on the cake. All I request is for you to stop *****ing my money and to remove your debit order off my account as I've done my part yet, wasting my fuel and time to fight for my hard earned money.
