Signed up for a membership on special, only to be told at a later stage that the special was only for 2 months and not for the entire duration of the contract. They took us back and forth when my husband wanted to cancel and explained that we were given the impression that the special was for 24 months.

They then told him to pay a cancellation fee, which he agreed because he was not given a choice and requested to make arrangement to pay over a period of 6 months. They refused and told him to make a once off payment which he can't afford
