Planet Fitness Midrand - the worst

Planet Fitness Midrand is the worst. Don’t even bother yourself if you want to join the gym, rather go up the road to Virgin Waterfall or Carlswald if you have to. There is always something not working here. If it is not the steam room, it’s the aircons or there is no water. Nevermind the fact that there are treadmills that have been standing here out of order for months. I have made it my personal mission to let any potential person walking in the change room to know what we are subjected to here every day. They debit our account every December for ‘maintenance’ they say but there is no maintenance being done here. The class trainers are even leaving, probably sick of the manner in which they are treated here. Sies man.

I had to leave 10 minutes after arriving at this pathetic place because it is stuffy and smells so bad because people are sweating and it’s evident there is no air filtration system in place. Very dangerous for people’s health and safety. This place needs to be shut down until they are able to get their house in order. This is definitely not what I signed up for and what I am paying for. Pathetic.

Your automated response is not going to stop me from taking you to task. You are not delivering on your end of the bargain, and I am expected to continue paying you. You are clearly waiting for casualties before you act, and it will happen. We will come back and tell you, 'We told you so!' Go buy those big fans for all areas/spaces, not just in certain areas. With so many members, I'm certain their maintenance fees can afford you big fans all over the premises.

You are not adhering to this act. ACT and ACT now.
