Planet Fitness Midrand - Pathetic customer service, arrogant staff and no medic or qualified person to treat or handle an injury or emergency on site.

Planet Fitness Midrand. No customer service, no medic on site. There was serious injury to a member in the gym due to a hazard of a machine being placed incorrectly. When I approached staff, they have no clue what a hazard is and how to handle an emergency in the gym. Staff are rude and don't know what to do in an emergency. It was also strange that they didn't even know what is inside the emergency kit. No manager on site to even assist members in a case of an emergency. They do not know what a hazard is, really strange because this is a fitness center. Arrogant staff with no customer skils. Don't waste your hard-earned money in this useless facility. More than half the machines are always broken or out of service.
