Planet Fitness Midlands Mall deteriorating

Planet Fitness Midlands is deteriorating very quickly. The aircons are not working from last year which is utter nonsense. This jeopardizes our health as its unhygienic and very stuffy. Gyms should have effective air filtration systems to remove dust, allergens, and pollutants from the air. This is especially important in an environment where people are breathing heavily and sweating. High-quality air promotes respiratory health and reduces the risk of airborne infections. There is no sanitizer to wipe down benches. We are paying a ridiculous amount for gym fees every month, come June they will take the 100% maintenance fee with absolutely no maintenance done. We should only be paying half our gym fees as this is not what we signed up for!!!! I hope this reaches top management and gets addressed with a high level of urgency.
