PLANET FITNESS MIDDELBURG THE WORST EVER

I am very sad to say, all the posts about the aircon's are true at Planet Fitness Middelburg. I have asked the staff on duty to sort out the issue several times before, but it seems as if customer service is a huge issue to them.

I have never seen such bad service from anybody as to the incident this morning in Planet Fitness. I asked the "Manager" on duty to please sort out the aircons, the aircon was extremely hot again. I had to ask a 2nd time and while GERHARD LABUSCHAGNE walked away from me, he said "IT IS JUST AN AIRCON" out load in front of all the other people in the gym. I walked up to him at reception to discuss his rudeness. This young man treated me as if the cat dragged me in. I am not sure if GERHARD LABUSCHAGNE knows that I am also a paying customer. He is not doing me a favour by letting me into the gym. I was also told by GERHARD LABUSCHAGNE that it is not his job to sort out the aircons. How can this be acceptable by Planet Fitness, this was not the 1st incident with the young men at Planet Fitness Middelburg.

A previous time one of these young men at reception were playing games on the computer that is the property of Planet Fitness, this while he was on duty. Truly don’t care about their customers. Not helpful at all. Can’t even greet when you as a customer walk in the door. I phoned the Manager of Planet Fitness Middelburg, the lady apologized and said she will sort this out.

To my surprise I saw this same guy was promoted. This is just unbelievable you get REWARDED at Planet Fitness if you are not doing your work.
