Planet fitness Menlyn misrepresentation of fees, contract, and service delivery.

Absolutely appalling experience with planet fitness Menlyn. First misrepresentation by the consultant followed by action from my side to end my contract and reverse the erroneous payments. I was told by the sales manager everything had been resolved and my contract would be canceled. The debit orders went off again today and I expect another will go off this month again. Absolutely shocking.
