Planet Fitness Menlyn Instruct Racial Tendencies

Dear Planet Fitness, today,01/03/2018 I attended spinning class at your Menlyn club and Amy,the spinning instructor insisted on communicating in Afrikaans. I politely asked her to speak in English and she said: why cant you speak Afrikaans?? I got off the bike and informed the manager, Jaco who addressed the issue. Sadly Amy continued to communicate in Afrikaans. In a different incident it is also alleged that a white lady left Amy's class as the class was in Afrikaans. I am disappointed and livid! I pay my premiums like every member and I expect to train in a non racial and peaceful environment. I want to lodge a formal complaint, and I hope that you will address this matter and get back to me.

After the Afrikaans class I asked to lodge a formal complaint, however the manager said he would personally address the matter. I think that Planet Fitness must be aware when its brand is being tarnishing by ******** employees.
