Planet Fitness Menlyn Fees
i signed a two year fixed term contract at Planet Fitness Menlyn. The contract has a clause which increases by 10% after the fixed term. They escalated mine after 1 year. I reversed the debits. it cost me money. I am up to date after paying the correct amount. The Club manager phoned me. Will get back to me. has not. The Call centre escalated it. Have not spoken to me. They still tried again this month to get the higher fee. Cant they read their own contracts? If i did not pick it up, they would have over charge me. Who else is being over charged.

04 Jun 2024, 08:39I have looked at my contract. I have a copy of my contract . Page 1 refers to the annual increase in note 2. In note 2 there is no mention of the annual increase. I copy Note 6 (b) which will automatically
escalate after the expiry of the Fixed Period and each and every
annual anniversary thereafter at the greater of 10% or the increase. My fixed Period is the end of my two year contract, where the annual increase kicks in. Not after 1 year. Please check the contract.
