Planet Fitness Menlyn - debiting incorrect amounts, appaling customer service

Planet Fitness Menlyn decided at their own accord to debit incorrect amounts notwithstanding my contract. This issue has been going on since January 2021. Although they have promised to resolve this issue, nothing has been done about it. Plant Fitness Menlyn do not respond to my emails nor do they call me back. Customer service is appaling.
