Planet Fitness Membership

I'm tired of Planet fitness debiting my account.Can they check their records when was my membership cancelled.I can't be going to the bank to reverse an unauthorised Debit Order.Can they provide me with Phone call records and emails from their consultant confirming that my Membership was cancelled.I've been with them for 24Months.
