Planet Fitness membership

I phoned Planet Fitness 23 September to cancel my membership. The consultant inform me that due to Covid all contracts were extended, so mine expire now in April 2021, no communication was send through. If I wish to cancel I need to pay R1298. Left it there.

Yesterday my debit order went of 3 x my membership fee. Tried to email them on ***, but both times my email was blocked.

How can they take 3 months membership fee (basically for the months closed), but I still can’t cancel my membership?

Very upset and disappointed in them.
